Experience Required: 4 to 7 years
- Provide L3 24/7 support for production systems with participation in on-call rotation.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues; perform root cause analysis.
- Use monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Support Kafka, Cassandra, and VM environments.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python and/or Bash.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment across analysis, design, coding, and unit testing phases.
- Guide software development teams to improve system resiliency, performance, efficiency, and cost.
- Design and implement dashboards, metrics, and alerts for critical applications.
- Operate across multiple platforms including Unix/Linux/Ubuntu/Windows.
- Work with database technologies like Oracle and MySQL.
- Support enterprise-level Java applications using technologies such as:

Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, IBM MQ, SOAP/REST services.
- Manage incident resolution, bug fixing, and production support in cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to Mobile SDKs is considered a plus.
