💼 Job Title: Kafka Developer / Operations / Architect

What You'll Do:

1. Architect and manage complex Kafka clusters – configuration, replication, tuning, upgrades & more
2. Drive automation using Ansible-based CI/CD pipelines
3. Develop Java shell scripts to implement advanced security modules
4. Design and build Kafka producers/consumers using Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP web services
5. Monitor systems performance, analyze trends, and implement enhancements
6. Collaborate across Business and Technical teams to enhance Kafka platform capabilities
7. Continuously review and evolve automation and Kafka service delivery

Must-Have Skills:

✅ Proven experience with Kafka Integration and Operations

✅ Expertise in Ansible CI/CD pipelines

✅ Solid command of Java/Spring Boot/Spring Framework

✅ Hands-on with REST and SOAP web services

✅ Fluent in Polish – verbal and written communication

✅ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
2. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in dynamic environments
