Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating feedback.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking site.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Keep up to date with market trends and provide insights to the hiring team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in IT recruitment, preferably in the Polish or broader European market.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
Familiarity with ATS tools like Ceipal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Fluent in English; Polish language
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for niche tech roles.
Prior experience working with international clients or in a staffing/consulting firm.
