We are looking for an IT Recruiter to support and organize recruitment processes at Moondigo.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Creativity in sourcing and problem-solving.

• Interest in the IT and HR fields.

• Very good English (min. B2) – spoken and written.

• Knowledge of basic labor law.

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Good organization and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions.

• Close collaboration with external clients

• Creating job profiles and publishing job advertisements.

• Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, industry platforms, and direct search.

• Conducting initial interviews, negotiating employment terms, and presenting offers.

• Organizing technical interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.

• Keeping candidates informed and providing feedback.

• Building talent pools for future recruitment projects.

• Supporting administrative tasks related to recruitment documentation.
