Role: IT Business Analyst

Business Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the Performance Module, LMS Cornerstone implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed business and functional requirements documents.
- Ensure alignment of LMS functionalities with business needs.
Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the LMS Cornerstone, Performance Module implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
System Implementation and Support:
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of the LMS Cornerstone - Performance Module.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, to Support Team
- Develop training materials from new module.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and provide updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all LMS-related inquiries and support.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in LMS and project management.
- Implement best practices to optimize the use of the LMS Cornerstone.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Cornerstone LMS and Performance Module - must have.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great English language proficiency.
