Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Onsite at Steriscience Sp. z o.o., Daniszewska 10, 03-230)

Rate: 500–600 PLN/day (20 working days/month)

Language: Polish (preferred)

Start: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years in desktop support

• Experience with printers, OS support, and Outlook configuration

• Hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers, video conferencing

• Basic L1 support for plant IT (biometrics, servers, HMI, network devices)

• Asset and backup management

• Exposure to Pharma IT environments is mandatory

• Knowledge of SOP, QMS, validation, and compliance

Additional Scope Includes:

• Support for servers (AD, backup, Chromeleon, serialization)

• Network devices: Fortinet firewall, routers, L2/L3 switches, Aruba Wi-Fi

  
  

Working Hours: 8 AM–5 PM local (on-call for P1/P2 after hours)

Work Mode: 100% Onsite
