Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural discussions and provide innovative solutions in line with strategic direction.
- Drive the integration and implementation of AI tools to enhance service activities and support workforce stability.
- Collaborate with external consultancy on the Fusion program to assess and recommend optimal solutions and architectural landscapes.
- Engage with the Aspire program to address dependencies, challenges, and opportunities in the service space within the evolving Clients ecosystem.
- Contribute to the Service Strategy 2030 initiative by defining expected outcomes, considering Aspire, DIA & DC integration, and closer collaboration across Pharma and DIA.
- Provide comprehensive architectural support for ongoing strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with Clients platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with key senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure engagement and buy-in for architectural recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale, complex environments.
- Strong expertise in AI enablers for service activities and workforce optimization.
- Hands-on experience with technology integration and architectural alignment.
- Familiarity with consultancy collaborations and enterprise-level architectural assessments.
- Profound understanding of program management, especially within the context of Aspire and similar initiatives.
- Ability to define and drive strategic outcomes within multi-year service strategy plans.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
- A can-do attitude with a proactive sense of urgency.
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across departments and programs.
- Experience in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
