Job description

Cabin Readiness Testing

Duration: 2 months

Location: Málaga, Spain – Onboard the ship

Start Date: May 6th

Shift: 10 hours per day – 6 days a week onboard the ship


Benefits: Meals and accommodation provided

Salary: €25/hr

we are looking for a candidate for the role of Device Quality Tester.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases

Conduct functional, regression, performance, usability, and UI/UX testing

Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA

 Verify bug fixes and coordinate retesting as needed

Ensure compatibility across different devices, screen sizes, and OS versions

Write clear and concise test reports and documentation


Required Skills:

Experience with bug tracking tools, especially JIRA


Project Overview: 

The focus will be on testing crew cabin automation systems onboard the ship. 

These cabins are fully automated and controlled via Android-based tablets, which manage:

• TV, Room functions, Food booking, App access, and more


The testing will cover:

• Integration of various functionalities

• End-to-end test cases for each system across multiple cabins


Team & Logistics:

• 3 contractors needed

• Each will be supported by an experienced team member

• 1-day induction provided before testing starts
