🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge of the D365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform and the Power Platform ecosystem, who can design, implement, and scale enterprise-grade solutions. You’ll work in a hybrid model, with one in-office day per week in Kraków, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions tailored to business needs.
• Solution Architecture
• Design end-to-end D365 CE solutions with a strong understanding of platform architecture, data models, and security layers.
• Enterprise Solution Design
• Create scalable, maintainable, and high-performing enterprise applications using advanced D365 CE customization and extensibility options.
• Process Automation
• Automate complex business processes using Power Automate, including multi-step workflows, approvals, and system integrations.
• Integration & Customization
• Integrate Power Platform components with D365 CE to expand functionality, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision making.
• Custom App Development
• Build both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, aligned with business requirements and UI/UX best practices.
• Advanced Power Platform
• Utilize advanced capabilities such as custom connectors, AI Builder, and Power Virtual Agents to enhance solution performance and flexibility.
