🔧 Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective Action Management services.

Lead and guide Operate Teams across technical and process-related areas.

Manage work allocation, ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs, and drive service improvements.

Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and application upgrades.

Communicate effectively with business users, Country IT, and Shared Country Leads regarding service updates and issue resolutions.

Assess and support business processes during major outages, collaborating with Incident Management Teams.

Drive risk management, handle escalations, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Prepare and present weekly/monthly service review reports to customers and stakeholders.

Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to enhance service delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth ticket triage and software upgrade coordination.
