Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for application support, service excellence, and stakeholder collaboration? Do you have strong ITIL expertise and fluency in French? Join our dynamic IT team as an Application Support & Enhancement Manager and take charge of delivering high-impact application management and support services.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver comprehensive Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective Action Management services.
  2. Lead and guide Operate Teams across technical and process-related areas.
  3. Manage work allocation, ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs, and drive service improvements.
  4. Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and application upgrades.
  5. Communicate effectively with business users, Country IT, and Shared Country Leads regarding service updates and issue resolutions.
  6. Assess and support business processes during major outages, collaborating with Incident Management Teams.
  7. Drive risk management, handle escalations, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  8. Prepare and present weekly/monthly service review reports to customers and stakeholders.
  9. Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to enhance service delivery.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth ticket triage and software upgrade coordination.

  2. Strong leadership & stakeholder management experience.
  3. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL processes.
  4. Proven ability to manage technical teams and drive service excellence in application support.
  5. Solid experience with risk management, reporting, and vendor coordination.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
