We are looking for a .NET Operate/Support Lead to join our team and take charge of supporting business-critical applications, managing support teams, and ensuring smooth operations for our client in a dynamic and collaborative setting.


🔧 Your Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective Action Management, as well as enhancement services.

  • Provide work allocation, mentoring, and guidance to the Operate team.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and service continuity.

  • Ensure effective SLA/KPI tracking and reporting.

  • Drive service improvements, coordinate disaster recovery and ensure business continuity planning.

  • Communicate effectively with French-speaking business users and IT teams; German language skills are a plus.

  • Lead weekly/monthly service reviews, risk assessments, and escalations.

  • Contribute to ITIL process implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.


💡 Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in .NET Full Stack Development:

    • C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript (AngularJS), HTML, CSS, LINQ, Entity Framework

  • Proven Operate/Support experience including software maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.

  • Fluent in French (B2+ or higher) – essential for daily communication.

  • Solid leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, risk management, and service reporting.
