.NET Operate Engineer with French

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in .NET full-stack development, including:
• C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript (AngularJS), HTML, CSS, LINQ, Entity Framework
• Fluent in French (B2+); German is a plus
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and coordinate technical teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver support services for in-scope applications: Incident, Service Requests, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective actions, and Enhancements
• Allocate work and provide technical/process guidance to the Operate team
• Follow up with teams to resolve issues with local applications
• Coordinate with vendors on application issues and upgrades
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and reporting related to Operate services
• Ensure effective communication with users, local IT, and country leads
• Support major incident communications with business-specific input
• Identify and implement service improvement opportunities
• Manage weekly and monthly service review reports for customers and stakeholders
• Handle risks and escalations proactively
• Communicate with customers about reported issues and manage expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for ticket triage and software upgrades
