Senior Java Developer

Project OverviewThe initiative aims to automate the digital product sales process by enabling customers to independently select, purchase, subscribe to, and manage billing for services—eliminating the need for manual sales operations. The goal is to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience through self-service capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor backend developers

• Oversee system architecture and code quality

• Coordinate with product and DevOps teams

• Drive technical decisions and roadmap

• Ensure delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions

• Participate in on-call duties, additionally paid

Requirements:

• 7+ years of backend experience

• Expertise in Java or Kotlin, and frameworks like Spring Boot

• Proven leadership in agile environments

• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
