Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of user interfaces and smart briefing solutions within complex marketing and digital ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and technology.

• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for UI and briefing solutions

• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements

• Collaborate with design, creative, engineering, and business stakeholders

• Drive delivery across distributed, international teams

• Continuously optimize user experience based on feedback and data

• 9–12 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles

• Strong background in digital products, UI, or marketing platforms

• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe ecosystem

• Familiarity with AI-driven or data-driven products

Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
