We are looking for an experienced Snowflake AI Engineer to join a strategic enterprise data & AI initiative focused on building next-generation conversational AI solutions on top of modern Snowflake environments.

This role combines advanced Snowflake data engineering expertise with hands-on implementation of conversational AI using Snowflake Cortex and agentic AI workflows. You will work closely with international engineering and business teams to design scalable, production-ready AI-powered data solutions with strong focus on accuracy, performance, and enterprise-grade architecture.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond standard data engineering — a specialist who can design, build, and optimize Snowflake-based AI solutions end-to-end within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Snowflake-based data and AI platforms

• Build and optimize conversational AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex

• Develop agentic workflows and AI orchestration patterns

• Ensure high accuracy and reliability of conversational AI implementations

• Design and maintain modern ETL/ELT pipelines within Snowflake environments

• Configure and optimize Snowflake architecture, including security, RBAC, and performance tuning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Analytics, and Business stakeholders

• Implement scalable and maintainable cloud-native data processing solutions

• Support CI/CD and deployment automation for data and AI workloads

• Participate in technical workshops and architecture discussions

• Contribute to enterprise AI and data platform modernization initiatives

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake data engineering

• Proven expertise with Snowflake Cortex and conversational AI implementations

• Experience building agentic workflows and AI-driven orchestration solutions

• Strong understanding of LLM-based architectures and prompt engineering

• Experience delivering high-accuracy conversational AI solutions in enterprise environments

• Strong SQL and Python skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Understanding of modern data architecture concepts (Data Warehouse / Lakehouse)

• Experience with Snowflake security, RBAC, and performance optimization

• Ability to work independently in remote, international environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise AI governance and MLOps concepts

• Background in data platform modernization or migration projects

• Experience integrating Snowflake with external AI/ML services

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes for data and AI platforms

• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
