We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help build and scale a modern cloud data platform. This role focuses on developing reliable data pipelines and delivering high-quality, analytics-ready datasets, with strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and DataOps best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT, and Snowflake
  • Apply data modeling techniques (e.g. Data Vault) and optimize performance
  • Automate workflows and orchestration using Airflow / Prefect
  • Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards
  • Manage cloud-based data integrations, primarily on Amazon Web Services
  • Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Data Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, DBT, and Snowflake
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g. DBT, Talend) and data lake architectures
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps/DataOps practices (CI/CD, Git)
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data
  • Understanding of Data Mesh concepts and data product lifecycle
  • Nice to have: experience with pharma data formats (e.g. SDTM)
