Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Canvas App Developer to help design and build a an app that will integrate data from multiple Microsoft sources and provide a streamlined interface for information access.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy a PowerApps Canvas application from scratch, ensuring user-friendly navigation and robust data integration.
Connect and integrate data sources using the following PowerApps connectors:
SharePoint: Connect to lists, libraries, and folders to pull and manage key supplier information.
Dataverse: Integrate with Dataverse tables, including those fed from the Corporate Data Lake.
OneNote for Business: Embed and access relevant notebook data.
Address technical challenges related to environment setup, connector limits, permissions, and data policy restrictions.
Develop access control logic for three levels of user access and ensure roles are securely managed.
Document system architecture and app configurations for future scaling and support.

Power BI: Visualize data through Power BI tiles, reports, and dashboards within the app.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record of designing and shipping PowerApps Canvas apps for enterprise or mid-sized organizations.
Proficient integration with the following PowerApps connectors:
SharePoint
Dataverse
Power BI
OneNote for Business
Hands-on experience with app security models and multi-level permissions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve access, connector, or data policy issues independently.
Familiarity with Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Office 365, Teams, etc.).
Clear communication and documentation skills.
Experience optimizing data models and workflows in Microsoft environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional premium connectors such as AI Builder, HTTP, Microsoft Graph, or custom PCF components.
Prior consulting or advisory experience for stakeholder dashboards or supplier management solutions.
Visualize data through Power BI tiles, reports, and dashboards within the app.
Advise on optimal data management, including SharePoint and Dataverse structures.
