As an AI Architect you will be responsible for:
- Design and architect a scalable AI-powered Customer Care Platform using Azure AI services and Genesys Cloud on AWS.
- Integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and Machine Learning to automate customer interactions.
- Select and implement Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework) and seamlessly connect them with Genesys Cloud.
- Define and implement a robust microservices architecture with a focus on performance, security and compliance.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to automate and scale the platform efficiently.
- Support the API strategy to ensure seamless integration with existing CRM and ERP systems.
- Monitor and continuously optimize AI models to improve customer interactions and service quality.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in architecting AI-driven cloud applications, ideally with Azure AI stack and AWS.
- Strong expertise in Conversational AI, NLP, and Machine Learning technologies.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud (e.g., routing, bot integration, voice & chat AI) on AWS is a plus.
- Solid understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, API management, and DevOps processes.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security in AI-powered systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- English and Polish at the minimum B2 level
- Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days a week from one of our office - Warsaw, Poznan or Lublin.
