We’re looking for a top-notch Product Owner who is goal-oriented and process-focused. You will have the great opportunity and responsibility to research, spec out, and launch features that customers are excited to use which will improve the work lives of millions of freelancers all over the world.
The Product Owner will be working with one of our multi-functional Scrum teams to manage and prioritize product backlog and ensure the squad’s work is aligned with the product roadmap and product strategy.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead product ideas from concept to launch.
- Provide vision and direction to the agile team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Develop detailed product specifications and requirements including user stories, use cases and acceptance conditions.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Ensure products are built efficiently, iteratively, and scalably, achieving product-market fit.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years of experience as a product owner / product manager with a proven track record of successfully building, shipping, and iterating on high-value products in an agile software development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Extremely well organized with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English C1)
- Experience building B2C SaaS products is a big plus.
