PMO Specialist - FinTech / Crypto

We are currently working with a French company which is a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications. It has a team of more than 400 professionals developing a variety of products and services to safeguard cryptocurrency assets, including worldwide leading hardware wallets.

As a PMO Specialist, you will create value for  by simplifying process, optimizing metrics and implementing reporting mechanisms to reduce the decision-making time..

Your daily responsibilities

• Establish and maintain robust governance and process within the tech team

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across delivery tools and reporting systems

• Manage capacity planning and forecasting tools

• Prepare and publish metrics dashboard and activities reports

• Support portfolio management process

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback on delivery performance and process efficiency

We need you to have

• 5+ years of proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager in a tech-driven environment

• A Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent) — highly appreciated

• Strong command of JIRA, Tableau (BI), Excel / Google Sheets, and Monday.com (PPM)

• Solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, and V-cycle project management methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a motivated, empathetic, and proactive mindset

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and process improvement

• The ability to explain processes and metrics clearly to stakeholders and team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and process excellence

• Creativity in developing engaging communication materials (e.g., visual guides, short videos, or workshops) to make complex topics simple, accessible, and engaging across the organization

• Remuneration on B2B: 700- 900 zł net/ MD or UoP: 11.000- 14.000 zł gross/ month.
