We are currently working with a French company that is a world leader in end-to-end smart mobility and mobility management, including innovative parking solutions, EV charging, mobility management, and more. A Street Smart hub is a Mobility-as-a-service solution that municipalities can offer to their citizens and visitors, giving them a unified and highly customizable user experience of on-street and off-street parking, EV charging, curbside management, and transportation through different sales channels, like mobile applications or on-street terminals.
As a Technical Writer, you will be critical in enhancing the user experience by crafting clear, comprehensive, and accessible documentation for our platform. Your work will empower users to understand our offer and to maximize the platform's potential.
Your daily responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, comprehensive documentation that clearly explains the platform's features and functionality
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to gather in-depth knowledge of the platform and its updates
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly guides, tutorials, FAQs, use cases and other reference documents
- Maintain and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency with the latest platform features and design changes
- Develop content that aligns with the company's brand voice and adheres to industry best practices for ease of use and engagement
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve documentation quality and relevance continually
- Ensure that all documentation meets accessibility standards and is suitable for a diverse user base with varying technical expertise
We need you to have
- Proven experience in a technical writing role, preferably within the SaaS or software industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems (CMS)
- Openness to understanding our platform and industry

Mid Technical Writer: 7.000- 9.000 PLN gross/month on the employment agreement (UoP)
Senior Technical Writer: 10.000- 14.000 PLN gross/month on the employment agreement (UoP)
