We are currently working with a French company which is a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications. It has a team of more than 400 professionals developing a variety of products and services to safeguard cryptocurrency assets, including worldwide leading hardware wallets.

As a Business Application Automation Engineer, you will design and maintain API integrations, build low-code/no-code automations, and manage core business applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Jira. You’ll help streamline operations, improve data flow, and drive digital transformation within our fast-growing startup.

Your daily responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain API-based integrations between our core business applications (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Jira, etc.).

• Build and manage low-code automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier (or similar tools).

• Act as an applications administrator for business-critical software, including user management, configuration, and access control.

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and integration.

• Document integrations, workflows, and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and application performance.

• Contribute to IT strategy discussions and help move the organisation toward a centralised IT structure.

We need you to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience in software development with a focus on API integrations.

• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Integromat.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.

• Experience as an application administrator (user management, permissions, configuration) for enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or Jira.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Would be great if you have

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for custom integrations.

• Knowledge of IT governance and best practices for SaaS applications.
