incro is a consulting firm specializing in supporting CFOs and finance teams with reporting, BI, financial modeling, and AI transformation. We work with fast-growing scale-ups that need the right solutions to fuel their continued growth.

Since June 2025, backed by Tomek Karwatka and Piotrek Karwatka, we have been pursuing global expansion and building our own IT products. The latest result of this effort is CFO Studio - a platform for aggregating financial and operational data with AI agent support.

The Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join the product team for the launch of CFO Studio. You will be responsible for developing an AI platform, building integrations, and automating financial processes. You will work directly with the founders and first clients.

You will work on launching an innovative product that truly solves the problems of finance leaders. You will become part of a team with deep financial expertise (ex-Big4, 5+ years of FP&A experience, work with top-tier clients) that understands these challenges because they have lived through them.

What You’ll Do

• Develop CFO Studio - our AI-powered financial analysis platform for tech companies

• Build the application using top-tier solutions (Tech Stack: Frontend: React 18, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui | Backend: FastAPI, Python 3.11+, LangChain, Claude AI | Data: PostgreSQL, Cube.js, Redis | Infrastructure: Docker, Nginx)

• Build integrations with accounting systems, ERP, and financial data sources (API)

• Design and build data pipelines, databases, and Data Warehouses for BI solutions

• Automate processes (n8n) for our internal operations and clients

• Create dashboards and BI tools for investor financial reporting

• Collaborate directly with clients on implementations and custom solutions

• Develop the product iteratively - fast MVPs, client testing, continuous improvement

• Support the development of internal technology tools at incro

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience with React + TypeScript (frontend) and Python (backend)

• Familiarity with BI tools and understanding of data architecture (data modeling, ETL/ELT)

• Ability to design databases and Data Warehouses

• Experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks, authentication)

• Knowledge of automation tools like n8n or similar (Zapier, Make)

• A product mindset - you understand user needs (CFOs, finance teams) and think about business solutions, not just technical ones

• Strong communication skills - you are comfortable working directly with clients

• Ability to work fast and iteratively - you prioritize, prototype quickly, and deliver

• You thrive under pressure and in a dynamic startup environment

• You want to build an AI product from the ground up and have a real impact on its development

• Interest in finance or working with financial data (you don’t need to be an expert, but willingness to learn is key)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML platforms (OpenAI API, LangChain, vector databases)

• Knowledge of finance, accounting, or working with financial data

• Experience building SaaS products from scratch

• Familiarity with financial integration standards (Open Banking, accounting system APIs: Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems)

• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker

• Work experience in a tech startup or scale-up

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Hiring Process

1. Apply for the position

2. We review your CV and materials (we’d love to get to know you better - write a few sentences about why CFO Studio interests you or about a project you’ve built)

3. Interview with the founders (Mateusz & Michał) via Teams (1.5–2 hours) - we’ll talk about your experience, your approach to product development, and how you see our product and market

4. Technical task (optional) - a short case study related to data integration or automation

5. Offer presentation and negotiations

6. In-person meeting, offer acceptance, and onboarding plan
