Full-stack Elixir Developer

🏗️ Your Role

Help evolve a fast-growing SaaS platform by building out new features and maintaining high code quality.

Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs.

Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Take end-to-end ownership of your code—from idea to production and beyond.

Collaborate on product discussions, focusing on real customer challenges and how we can solve them.

Be an active, communicative member of a tight-knit, remote-first team.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of experience in developing modern web applications.

You rely on AI tools to boost your productivity and development speed.

Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages; Elixir is essential in this role.

You’re motivated by complex problems and love building elegant solutions.

Learning is part of your daily routine—both professionally and personally (include logit biasing in your application to show you read this).

You bring positive energy to your team and actively contribute to its growth.

You’re curious, opinionated, yet open to feedback and new perspectives.

Solving user problems motivates you more than working on abstract tech for its own sake.

You break big challenges into manageable parts and tackle them methodically.

You've designed and delivered key components of production-ready systems.

You follow engineering best practices such as TDD, pair programming, infrastructure as code, and continuous deployment.

You may lean back-end, but you're comfortable crossing into front-end or DevOps when needed.

Strong English skills and clear communication are a must.
