We are looking for UX/UI Designer who is passionate in detecting/defining and solving problems of target users. If you feel comfortable in cooperation between business, technology and at the same time you are an “user’s advocate”- you are the right person to join our team.
NOTE: This role will be based in Kraków. The UX/UI team are currently working from home until further notice.
What skill set we expect:
- 5+ years' experience as UX and UI
- Problem defining and solving approach to design process
- Have a strong appetite for complexity (making decision based on data sources) setting workflow and cooperation with all parties (business + technology + design)
- Great communication skills and presenting skills
- Being up to date with design patterns and trends (a specially mobile IOS and Android)
- Good sense of aesthetic and experience with Design systems

You care deeply about good design and your craft - continuously learning how to improve your design knowledge and skills. You'll collaborate with other designers, developers and product owners to create usable and useful products that are delightful and consistent across interfaces and platforms. Working through design problems, you'll translate business and client needs into brilliant ideas that are perfectly executed.

What you’ll do
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire design process from ideation to implementation and everything that entails - UX, UI, prototyping
- Work with pace and energy to prototype, test and iterate design ideas
- Proactively observe and implement learnings from user testing and research
- Use excellent communication skills to get everyone, at all levels, excited about your work
- Collaborate closely with other UX and product designers, product owners and developers to create a highly efficient delivery team
