AWS Cloud Architect

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to lead and execute a critical migration project. This role requires strong expertise in cloud migration, automation, and data center transformation. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in designing the migration strategy, coordinating with the automation engineering team, and ensuring the seamless movement of values to production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and run the migration project from large data centers (VMware On-Prem) to AWS Cloud
• Perform comprehensive migration assessments and define migration strategies
• Collaborate closely with the Cloud Automation Engineering Team
• Act as a customer-facing liaison, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud Migration tools: Migration Acceleration Program, Migration Evaluator, AWS Migration Hub
• Proven expertise in cloud automation tools, including Terraform, Kubernetes, VMware vRealize Automation, and Google Cloud Deployment Manager
• Strong programming and database skills: Python, SQL
• Experience migrating large data centers (VMware On-Prem) to AWS Cloud
• Advanced English (C1) skills
• A self-thinker and action-taker who thrives in leadership roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and teams
