🧭 About the Role
We’re looking for a PHP Developer to join our backend engineering team and take part in building and maintaining core systems — including Payments & Subscriptions, User Accounts, Authentication, and the Admin Dashboard.
You’ll work closely with other engineers to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our backend ecosystem. The role is fully hands-on — focused on developing clean, maintainable code and integrating key business systems.
🧩 Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend components and APIs in PHP (Zend, Phalcon, or Laravel).
Implement and maintain integrations with payment gateways (Pay.com, Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Cleverbridge).
Ensure proper handling of subscription lifecycle events (trial, upgrade, renewal, cancellation).
Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to ensure smooth API communication.
Work with MySQL 8 to optimize queries, indexes, and performance for high-traffic environments.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving backend standards and best practices.
Support CI/CD and deployment automation processes (GitHub Actions, Docker).
Follow security and compliance standards, including PCI-DSS.

✅ Requirements
4+ years of experience in backend development with PHP.
Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Zend, Laravel, or Phalcon).
Experience integrating payment gateways and subscription systems.
Understanding of REST API design and versioning.
Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and containerized environments (Docker).
Solid database skills (MySQL 8 optimization and data integrity).
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote setup.
