Senior Full Stack Engineer (Django + React)

We are a team of experts combining top IT and analytics talent to deliver impactful solutions. Our flagship service is building dedicated tech teams from scratch or scaling existing ones — all to help our partners become truly data-driven organizations.

Currently, we are supporting our partner in developing a Global Analytics unit — a centralized team responsible for building smart data products and enabling data-informed decision-making across the entire company.

As part of this initiative, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Django + React) to help design and develop an advanced optimization system that supports data-driven budget allocation in marketing. This platform is being built from scratch and will support analysts and business stakeholders in making optimal investment decisions across multiple markets and campaigns, based on a combination of real-time data, predictive models, and business rules.

What You’ll Do

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications using Django and React
2. Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces for business and data users
3. Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration
4. Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to enable interaction with machine learning models and data pipelines
5. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
6. Contribute to architecture decisions and participate in technical design discussions
7. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment in the Azure ecosystem
8. Write clean, testable, well-documented code with robust unit and integration tests
9. Conduct code reviews and maintain technical excellence
10. Collaborate with a cross-functional team across design, data, and business domains
11. Document key components and processes to support ongoing development

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

1. 5+ years of experience in full stack web development in a commercial environment
2. Strong expertise in Python and Django
3. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and React
4. Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and web application architecture
5. Experience with responsive UI design and component libraries such as Material UI
6. Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine
7. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
8. Good understanding of clean code practices, version control (Git), and agile development
9. Proven experience working in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment (e.g. Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions)
10. Fluency in English – you will work in an international team and communicate in English daily

Nice-to-have:

1. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
2. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
3. Background in data engineering or analytics tools
4. Ability to translate business logic into scalable software solutions
5. Basic wireframing or UX/UI prototyping skills
