Job description
We are looking for OS Engineer to join a small development team with two main responsibilities: maintenance of existing devices (OS level problem analyzing and bug fixing) and contribution to Open Harmony (https://gitee.com/openharmony/).
Responsibilities:
- Developing modules in Open Harmony OS project
- Analyzing and finding the root cause of mobile devices software issues in lower OS layers (especially booting problems, device rebooting and OS upgrade problems)
- Co-working with Warsaw test team and coordination team on finding the issue root cause
- Co-working with HQ expert team on issue analysis and solution implementation
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in OS or system development
- Very good skills in C/C++
- Knowledge of Linux and Android Operating Systems
- Experience with Linux kernel programming
- Bachelor or higher degree in computer software or related fields
- Communicative English
- Can-do attitude and focus on delivering results
Nice to have:
- Experience in co-working with Asian partners
