Rust Developer

Join our client’s team in the technology industry, developing innovative digital adoption solutions that simplify enterprise software use and enhance productivity. We’re looking for a skilled Rust Developer to help build high-performance backend systems for large-scale data processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement backend services in Rust, focusing on performance, safety, and reliability.

• Write efficient asynchronous code using Tokio and the Rust async ecosystem.

• Develop and optimize data processing and storage components.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of commercial experience working with Rust.

• Strong understanding of ownership, lifetimes, and traits.

• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming (Tokio, async/await).

• Familiarity with database design and development (SQL or NoSQL).

• Understanding of concurrent and distributed systems.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (international environment).

• Strong teamwork, communication, and quality-focused mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with large-scale data processing or data-intensive systems.

• Prior experience with Scala or Java (backend or data engineering).

• Familiarity with message queues, microservices, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
