SAP S/4 Retail-O2C Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Retail-O2C Consultant to join our client’s team. This role is crucial in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on optimizing sales and procurement processes within the retail sector. As part of an international IT team, you will collaborate with professionals worldwide to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to understand sales and procurement requirements.
• Work with stakeholders and architects to design and improve sales and procurement workflows.
• Create Functional Design Documents (FDD) and collaborate with ABAP developers on necessary customizations.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA to meet business needs and industry standards.
• Conduct testing of system configurations and custom developments.
• Perform functional testing and assist in various testing phases.
• Prepare user documentation and training materials for sales and procurement processes.
• Participate in end-to-end testing and support related functional teams.
• Assist in system go-live and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of SAP experience, specializing in SD and MM, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
• Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP SD/MM implementation projects.
• Preferable experience with ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or SAP S/4HANA Fashion, particularly in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of Fiori, sales processes, output management, and EDI integration.
• Experience in SAP customization and development, particularly in SD and procurement processes.
• Practical experience with integration methods in S/4HANA (e.g., IDOCs, SOAP for SD/MM).
• Strong analytical skills, experience in project participation, user training, and system support.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, business stakeholders, and end-users.
• Commitment to quality and timely project delivery.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
