Fullstack Developer - AI Evangelist

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer - AI Evangelist to join our team! In this role, you will split your time between hands-on project work (50%) and AI advocacy (50%). Your responsibilities will include exploring and implementing AI-powered coding tools, educating fellow developers through one-on-one sessions and company-wide initiatives, and evaluating new AI solutions to enhance our workflows. Additionally, you will help shape HTD’s AI strategy by researching the latest advancements and providing recommendations on how to effectively integrate AI into our development processes.

What we need from you:

• At least 4 years commercial experience in React and one of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, .NET)
• Good knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Experience in writing unit test and debugging skills
• Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards
• Communicative level of English (B2+) – both spoken and written
• Acting in anticipation by identifying risks and solutions on a regular basis
• Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong "I can learn this" attitude
• Being a team player focused on getting things done
• Ability to understand complex business cases and translate to the working software
• Previous experience working in agile methodology

• Experience working in healthcare projects
• Experience in implementing AI tools in an organization

Your daily life in HTD will be focusing around:

1. Working on a project (0,5 FTE):

• Delivering readable, maintainable software covered with automated tests
• Close cooperation with client (and their dev team) and strong impact on the developed product
• Working in an international environment and using English to communicate

1.  Exploring and implementing AI in the organization by (0,5 FTE):

• Defining AI strategy and recommendations for the organization.
• Evaluating AI tools and their usability in daily development work.
• Implementing and integrating the best solutions into HTD.
• Educating the team – through individual sessions and company-wide initiatives.

What you can expect from us:

• Salary depending on your skills and experience:
• – PLN 18 000 – 26 000 + VAT on a B2B contract
• – PLN 15 000 – 21 700 gross on employment contract
