Your career opportunity

The Senior Project Manager supports the Delivery Lead in managing the end-to-end delivery of the VS. This role is essential in ensuring efficient coordination across teams, maintaining project timelines and driving continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

⦁ Assist in creating and updating project plans, timelines and schedules, ensuring alignment with delivery goals.

⦁ Coordinate day to day activities and follow up on tasks to maintain smooth progress across all delivery stages.

⦁ Support backlog prioritisation and task management.

⦁ Facilitate cross team communication to ensure alignment and a clear understanding of project goals and milestones.

⦁ Communicate status updates to the VS delivery lead and relevant stakeholders.

⦁ Schedule and facilitates regular meetings to maintain communication follow and address issues.

⦁ Assist in implementing Agile methodology to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

⦁ Experience in project co-ordination, delivery support or a related role.

⦁ Familiarity with Agile, Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

⦁ Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.

⦁ Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage an align cross functional teams.

⦁ Proficient in project management tools.
