Currently we are looking for Junior PMO to join one of the biggest banks in Cracow!
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate reporting finalization and making sure all reports are complete and delivered on time (e.g. weekly recruitment report, monthly Cybersecurity Poland deck)
- Manage weekly/monthly updates in Jira/Confluence
- Oversee submission and approval in local time reporting systems (MyTRM, Clarity) and follow up with employees and managers
- Ad hoc admin tasks like external offsite organization, communication between participants, hotel, securing conference rooms for in-office events, helping with setup and coordination of Townhalls, etc
- Raising Service Now requests for New Joiners prior their arrival and supporting them if needed during their first days
- Cooperating closely with both Cybersecurity Poland and CRCS ExCos
- Supporting recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding of permanent and temporary resources
Specific Requirements/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills allowing to liaise effectively with people on various seniority levels
- Ability to respond to ad-hoc tasks in a timely manner, maintaining high quality of input
- Very good English
- Open and energetic person who likes working with different types of people and is not afraid of challenges
- Ability to retrieve and consolidate various reports / data sets into a user friendly format
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
- Knowledge of Helios is a plus
- Project Management skills is a plus
