For our prestigious client in the area of software development we are looking for 2nd Line Support Admin (German speaking).

Join the team for the projects with a large German automotive company abroad!

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support and maintenance activities for the applications that we are responsible for
  • Daily tasks: working with the processes of the customer (Incident, Problem, Change Management); communication and strong cooperation with the users and the customer; daily meetings with the team, occasional meetings with the customer
  • Problem analysis and documentation
  • Performing root cause analysis
  • Occasionally Configuration and optimizing of the application and infrastructure.
  • Creating and continuously maintaining the support documentation

TECH STACK:

  • Windows Server 2016.
  • Unix / Linux.
  • Databases (Oracle DB etc.).
  • Tomcat

Nice to have:

  • Putty, WinSCP, Bash, WebSphere Liberty, HTML / XML, MQ, GSB Monitor, Jira, Confluence, DMS.
