📍 Location: Poland (100% remote)

👩‍🎨 Reports to: Head of Product Design

🎯 Your role:

As a UX Designer, you'll be responsible for shaping the user experience from concept to final handoff. Your work will directly influence product usability, customer satisfaction, and business success.

You will:

📌 Plan, conduct, and analyze UX research to uncover user needs and validate design decisions

📌 Create wireframes, prototypes, and design flows that balance business goals with user needs

📌 Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders

📌 Facilitate ideation and design thinking workshops to solve complex user challenges

📌 Advocate for the user across the organization and embed human-centered design in everything we do

📌 Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices to elevate our UX maturity

We’re looking for someone who has:

✅ 5+ years of experience in UX Design (ideally working with Design Systems within digital platforms, CMS, or B2B products)

✅ Strong portfolio that showcases end-to-end UX processes—from research to final design

✅ Advanced skills in Figma and other design tools

✅ A good grasp of accessibility principles and responsive design

✅ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (you won’t code, but you’ll collaborate with devs)

✅ Excellent communication and storytelling skills

✅ Ability to think both strategically and tactically

✅ Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
