About the Project (NEW Strategic AI Initiative)

You will join a brand-new, strategic project executed at the entire Quantum Group level. The company is building new internal competencies around Python and AI, and your work will have direct influence on the technological direction of the whole organization.

The initiative focuses on creating a next-generation AI Agents Platform – a core component responsible for orchestrating, managing, and scaling multiple AI agents across the group’s products.

This includes:

• Building a platform for management and lifecycle orchestration of AI Agents, used across multiple products.

• Developing a middleware / API orchestration layer that connects solutions with various MCP servers and heterogeneous APIs.

• Designing scalable, production-grade components enabling AI-driven automation, personalization, recommendations, and customer intelligence.

• Helping shape new best practices around Python engineering, machine learning reliability, and MLOps across the group.

You will be part of a cross-functional team building key AI capabilities from scratch – with real architectural influence.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Own the full ML model lifecycle: research, experimentation, feature engineering, prototyping, deployment, and monitoring.

• Implement AI Agents logic in cooperation with backend and platform teams.

• Improve scalability, latency, and robustness of existing models and pipelines.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate data into production-ready capabilities.

• Write maintainable, well-tested Python code using best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, monitoring).

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the project’s technical direction
  
  🔧 What you bring

• ~5 years of experience delivering end-to-end data science projects (eCommerce, SaaS, or MarTech a strong plus).

• Strong command of Python and core DS/ML libraries.

• Experience deploying models into production environments and maintaining them at scale.

• Understanding of modern cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred).

• Solid background in statistics, modeling techniques, and software engineering fundamentals.

• Analytical mindset focused on business impact and measurable outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills in English (stakeholder-facing role).
