🚀 About the role
As a Salesforce Admin, you are responsible for the daily administration and support of our Salesforce platform. You manage user accounts, profiles, and roles, ensuring that our Salesforce environment runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you assist with the implementation of configurations, manage data integrity, and provide support to end-users. You work closely with more senior administrators and developers to learn best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the platform. Your attention to detail and proactive approach help maintain the reliability and effectiveness of our Salesforce system.

🚀 What you do each day:
Manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets in Salesforce
Assist with the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and offering solutions for system-related problems
Perform routine data management tasks, including data entry, data cleansing, and data import/export
Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to provide insights for business users
Collaborate with senior administrators and developers to implement system enhancements and new features
Ensure data integrity and system security by adhering to best practices in Salesforce administration
Assist in training users and creating documentation for system processes and features
Participate in the testing and deployment of system updates and new functionality
Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, applying them as appropriate to improve the system
🚀 What do you need to get this job?
3+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including extensive development experience
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware tools
Familiarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Ant scripts, Metadata API, and experience with CI/CD pipelines
