🚀 About the role
As a Salesforce Administrator II, you are a trusted subject matter expert responsible for the ongoing administration, optimization, and scalability of our Salesforce platform. As Salesforce Administrator II, you operate with a high level of independence, owning complex configurations, proactively identifying system improvements, and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. You balance day-to-day platform stability with continuous improvement, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance across the system. You also provide guidance to more junior administrators and contribute to establishing best practices that improve how our company leverages Salesforce to support internal teams.

🚀 What you do each day:
Audit and document existing flows and identify and recommend improvements to redundant logic and overlapping automations across flows
Design flows with bulk processing, governor limits, and transaction efficiency in mind
Own data quality initiatives, including data audits, cleansing, imports, exports, and ongoing integrity monitoring
Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and connected systems in partnership with technical teams
Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities to ensure stable system updates
Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrators, sharing best practices and documentation standards
🚀 What do you need to get this job?
4+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a production environment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including objects, Flows, automation tools, security model, and reporting
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, data management tools, and deployment processes (i.e. Change Sets, Metadata API)
Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications are a plus
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs
