We are looking for a Senior Data Engineers/AI Engineer to join the project of our client, a Swedish organization representing private-sector professionals and offering support and guidance for their careers and workplaces.

🚀In this role you will:

• AI & ML Development

  • Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models (classification, regression, GenAI content creation, fine-tuning).

  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Context-Augmented Generation (CAG) architectures for advanced AI solutions.

  • Develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and decision-making.

  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and reproducibility of AI solutions.

• System Architecture & Deployment

  • Build scalable microservice-based architectures for AI applications.

  • Package and deploy applications using containerization (Docker) and orchestration pipelines.

  • Integrate services and APIs across cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

• Data Science Process

  • Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis and modeling.

  • Perform feature engineering and experiment design, including A/B testing.

  • Create compelling visualizations and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• MLOps & Operational Excellence

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.

  • Apply version control for data, code, and models (e.g., Git, DVC, MLflow).

  • Monitor deployed models for performance, fairness, and data drift.

  • Manage cloud costs and optimize resources through FinOps best practices.

🔎You might be the perfect match, if you meet the following technical requirements:

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), SQL, and Bash.

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as Docker and container-based deployments.

• Hands-on experience with ML, AI, and GenAI, including RAG/CAG implementations.

• Strong understanding of microservice design, API integrations, and networking protocols (HTTP, gRPC, JSON, Protobuf).

• Familiarity with MLOps practices and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect), monitoring solutions, and CI/CD pipelines for ML.

• Solid foundation in version control (Git), automated testing, and coding standards.

• Proven ability to design experiments, run A/B tests, and communicate results.

• Ability to apply AI/ML solutions within the business domain for maximum impact.
