🌍 We are looking for Project Manager to join the team of our client and assist him in implementing Microsoft Copilot across the whole organization. Our client is a Swedish company that manufactures outdoor power products, such as robotic lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and others.
💻This is what you will be in charge of on a daily basis:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of the Microsoft Copilot suite across the organization.
- Provide hands-on support and training / coordination to users to ensure effective utilization of solutions from Microsoft Copilot portfolio such as, e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and customize Copilot solutions accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Copilot tools, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
- Implement and contribute to the value realization framework to ensure the traceability of business benefits unlocked by Copilot usage.
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing the value realization of Copilot tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and Copilot technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Copilot-related inquiries and support within the organization.
- Stay updated on the latest Copilot features and updates, and communicate these to relevant teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.
🦾You might be the perfect match, if you have/are:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing AI-driven tools, ideally within the Microsoft (Copilot) suite.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Microsoft 365, GitHub, and related technologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate the performance of Copilot tools.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively train and support users, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on value realization and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
