We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of a modern Business Intelligence (BI) Platform. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a technical background, capable of driving product strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of secure, robust, and scalable BI solutions both on-premise and in the cloud.

⚡ Must have

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role in a data/BI environment

• Proven experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)

• Hands-on experience in agile environments, familiarity with Scrum ceremonies

• Strong understanding of BI platforms, data pipelines, and infrastructure

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

✅ Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, Power BI, Snowflake, and Matillion

• Experience or interest in DevOps and Data Engineering

• Knowledge of security, cost optimization, data compliance and KPIs in platform management

🎯 Your responsibilities

• Own and manage the BI Platform product roadmap, balancing stakeholder needs with technical and strategic priorities

• Drive platform scalability, automation, and cost-efficiency, ensuring performance, security, and compliance

• Plan activities in alignment with the Program Increment (PI) plan and actively facilitate PI planning meetings

• Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform success, quality, and delivered value

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations across business and technical teams

• Collaborate with Architects and Agile Leads to ensure deliveries are on time, high-quality, and valuable

• Manage team capacity and coordinate dependencies to align with roadmap and delivery timelines

• Ensure smooth handling of platform incidents and implement proactive strategies to reduce recurrence
