We are looking for a Mid/Senior Data Engineer to join our client's data product team, supporting all their clothing brands globally to ensure data accessibility, high quality, and structured data in alignment with the Data Mesh concept. As a data engineer, you will focus on building data products toward defined target visions and requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and optimizing scalable data pipelines with Dataproc and PySpark for efficient, high-volume data processing.
• Automating and scheduling workflows using Cloud Scheduler and Scheduled Queries to streamline data operations and boost reliability.
• Deploying cloud applications with Cloud Run and Cloud Functions to enable smooth data processing and cloud integration.
• Coordinate complex data workflows with Cloud Composer for seamless end-to-end pipeline orchestration.
• Model and transform data using DBT to ensure data quality and usability for analytics.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform for scalable, secure, and reproducible deployments.
• Integrate data with PowerBI to create insightful reports and visualizations that support data-driven decisions.

You will be perfect match if you possess the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in similar role
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP):
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataproc (PySpark), Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Scheduled Queries, and Cloud Composer.
• Strong capabilities in data transformation and modeling with DBT.
• Practical experience with Terraform for deploying and managing infrastructure.
• Familiarity with PowerBI for creating dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• Prior exposure to Azure services is a plus, though not required.
• GCP Data Engineer certification is a valuable asset, highlighting your expertise with GCP best practices.
