🚀 We are looking for an IoT Backend Engineer with extensive hands-on experience building cloud-native microservices in C#/.NET and designing scalable IoT solutions on Azure.You should be comfortable working with IoT Hub, device provisioning, event-driven architectures, and high-throughput messaging systems.

 In this role you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices in C#/.NET for IoT platforms.

• Build and operate REST/gRPC APIs, background workers, and scalable event-driven pipelines.

• Implement Azure cloud solutions using:

  • Azure Functions, App Services / Container Apps

  • Azure API Management

  • Event Hub / Service Bus

  • Azure IoT Hub (device identities, routing, C2D/D2C messaging, Twins)

  • Device Provisioning Service (DPS)

• Automate deployments of IoT Hub configurations, DPS enrollments, and backend services.

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of IoT data ingestion and device communication workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, cloud, product) on system architecture and best practices.

• Monitor and troubleshoot IoT Hub operations, routing failures, and device connectivity issues.

• Support cost optimization and improve system resilience across IoT and analytics components.

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

• 4+ years of previous experience with similar tech stack

• Strong experience building C#/.NET cloud services (microservices, APIs, background workers).

• Solid hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, especially those relevant to IoT (e.g., Functions, App Services/Container Apps, API Management, Event Hub/Service Bus).

• Good understanding of event-driven systems and distributed messaging.

• Practical experience with Azure IoT Hub (device communication patterns, routing, Twins, etc.).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).

• Ability to troubleshoot cloud and IoT service issues effectively.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Location in Poland or other EU country.
