Research Scientist - Bioinformatics

We are looking for Research Scientist – Bioinformatics. You will develop and apply computational models to support the design of new molecules, drugs, and biological structures. You will work with advanced modeling techniques to predict molecular interactions, leveraging tools like AlphaFold, molecular simulations, and high-throughput screening methods.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract 

• UoP: 17000 – 20000 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 140 – 170 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, or a related field.
• Experience in molecular modeling, computational screening, and molecular simulations.
• Familiarity with AlphaFold or other structure-based drug design tools.
• Experience with cluster computing and large-scale data analysis.
• Passion for applying computational methods to biomedical research and drug development.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Openness to collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Programming skills in Python and/or R.
