📝 We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an ongoing project delivered for a leading global pharmaceutical organization. The project supports Drug Discovery and early-stage R&D processes, leveraging modern cloud-based and web technologies to process and visualize vast volumes of scientific and patient data in near real time.

You will play a key role in bringing structure, predictability, and transparency to a highly dynamic research environment. Working closely with the client and cross-functional internal teams, you will be responsible for defining project goals, managing delivery, and ensuring smooth collaboration across all stakeholders.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Plan, define, and document project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and acceptance conditions in close cooperation with stakeholders;

• Lead and support the transition from Time & Materials to Fixed Price delivery models;

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using tools such as Jira and Confluence, with documentation maintained in SharePoint;

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery;

• Support the Product Owner and development teams in backlog planning, refinement, and prioritization;

• Maintain regular communication with the client, manage expectations, and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers;

• Track progress and key project metrics, report status, and provide insights via dashboards and post-project reviews.

• B2B: 120 – 130 PLN net/hour + VAT

✅  You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a strong track record of successful software or digital project delivery;

• Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies in software development environments;

• Strong practical knowledge of project documentation, delivery models, and governance frameworks;

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, including working with senior stakeholders;

• Proven ability to manage risks, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions under pressure;

• Very good planning, organizational, and coordination skills;

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments;

• Practical knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project;

• A recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

🌟 Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Agile or Scrum certifications;

• Previous experience in Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, or Healthcare domains;

• Exposure to R&D or early-stage scientific projects;

• Technical background or strong technical understanding;

• Experience delivering projects on AWS-based architectures;

• Interest or hands-on experience in AI, automation, or optimization initiatives.
