Power BI Developer with DBT and Snowflake

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team and work with a leading Scandinavian client to develop and optimise financial reporting systems for an entire capital group. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to high impact projects while working with modern data technologies in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reporting solutions to meet the needs of the financial sector across the client’s organization;
• Work with Snowflake and DBT to ensure efficient data transformations and analytics pipelines;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights;
• Continuously improve and enhance reporting systems to ensure scalability and performance;
• Contribute to data integration processes using Microsoft Azure tools, including Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.

We offer a B2B Contract:

• 120 – 140 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in data development, focusing on Power BI;
• Solid experience with Snowflake and DBT, enabling efficient data management and transformation;
• Work knowledge of SQL and proficiency in creating robust data models for analytics;
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with an international team;
• Location in Poland to facilitate collaboration and attendance at occasional team meetings.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, especially Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory;
• Experience in financial systems or reporting for large organizations;
• A passion for delivering accurate, data-driven insights in complex business environments.
