Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for Machine Learning Engineer to join the ML team. Our client is Swedish clothing company. In this role YOU WILL:

• Develop AI/ML software products by exploring data, testing algorithms, performing feature engineering, evaluating model output, and deploying solutions for production and scaling within the company's fashion network.
• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data infrastructure for AI/ML projects.
• Write scalable, maintainable code using software architecture and design patterns.
• Develop solutions, components, and frameworks for tasks like feature reuse, model traceability, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders in an agile team to build the company's AI ecosystem.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract 

• UoP: 15 000 – 18 000 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 130 – 150 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in Python, with 3+ years of coding experience in modern programming languages.
• Experienced with cloud technologies for ML development (Google Cloud preferred) and have a relevant cloud certification (Azure or GCP).
• Developed software products successfully deployed to production.
• Know MLOps practices well, including building ML pipelines and deploying applications to production.
• A strong understanding of AI/ML techniques and frameworks.
• Comfortable working with large-scale data (batch and streaming) and have a solid grasp of data structures, databases, and storage technologies.
• A BSc or MSc in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Love hands-on coding and applying software engineering practices to machine learning projects.
• Enjoy working in an agile environment, collaborating with teams, and driving data-driven development and experimentation.
