Frontend Developer with Python & AI

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with Python & AI to join a team working on AI-powered solutions for a company in the biopharmaceutical industry. The team is building an AI agent platform designed to help internal R&D scientists generate scientific insights from both public sources and proprietary client data.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with React (main focus of the role)

• Good backend development skills with Python

• Solid experience working with SQL databases

• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

• Some experience working with LLM applications, such as LangChain, Pydantic-AI, etc.

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and MCP servers

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal – you’re able to work effectively in an international team, contribute to discussions, and write clear documentation or feedback

• Located in Poland
