We are looking for a skilled Development Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an offboard simulation solution integrated with autonomous vehicle software and cloud-based platforms. Tasks & responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize offboard simulation solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with autonomous vehicle software and offboard platforms.
- Provide regular support to end users and troubleshoot system issues.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure system stability.
- Work with AWS/ECS-based solutions for scalable deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
We offer a B2B Contract: 130 – 175 PLN net/hour + VAT
You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience);

6+ years of professional experience on similar positions;

Strong expertise in Docker, AWS, and GitLab pipelines.

Professional experience with Linux-based platforms and Python development.
- Hands-on experience working on large-scale software projects.
- Background in CI/CD maintenance and DevOps best practices.
- Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and curiosity to learn.

Fluent English for collaboration in an international environment.

Location in Poland to facilitate collaboration and attendance at occasional team meetings.
Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:
- Hands-on knowledge of autonomous vehicles, robotics, or simulation tools.
- Experience with C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, and web development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
